Warranty
| Manufacturer warrants only that the product, in
base form, conforms to the specifications set forth herein. Approved Hubbellite
installers will warrant the installation as being free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion of the product
installation, provided that Hubbellite maintenance instructions are complied with. THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The buyer's exclusive remedy shall be for replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price in the event that a defective condition of the product should be found to exist. NO OTHER REMEDY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR COSEQUENTIAL LOSS) SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE BUYER. Technical and application information herein is provided for the purpose of establishing a general profile of the product and proper application procedures. Test performance results were obtained in a controlled environment and manufacturer makes not claim that these tests, or any other tests, accurately represent all environments. |
